What data we collect

When you sign up via the form on this website, we collect:

• Your first name
• Your email address

We also use Umami Analytics, a self-hosted, cookie-free analytics tool. It records page views and button clicks without storing any personal data or setting cookies.

Why we collect it and our legal basis

We use your name and email to send you the free job search tracker and a series of practical job search tips by email. The legal basis is your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given when you tick the checkbox and submit the form.

Who processes your data

Your data is processed by Dittofeed, our email automation platform. Dittofeed is self-hosted on EU-based servers (Hetzner, Germany) and your data never leaves the EU.

How long we keep your data

We keep your name and email for as long as you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe, your data is deleted within 30 days.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Have your data corrected or deleted
• Withdraw your consent at any time (use the unsubscribe link in any email)
• Object to or restrict processing
• Receive your personal data in a machine-readable format (CSV or JSON) — email us to request an export
• Lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens
